Shipping & Returns

We strive to process orders all orders the same or next day, depending on time of day that order is received.

Exceptions-Large orders, sales events & periods of heavy sales volume, or if we need to restock/manufacture products, may cause the processing time to be extended.


USPS is our preferred shipping carrier.* First Class Mail is our standard shipping method. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Please be sure your shipping and billing address is correct. We are not responsible if an incorrect address has been provided to us. Reshipping will be at the customers expense.

* Please Note: If you included any kind of special delivery instructions with your order, MBA Cosmetics cannot forward these special delivery instructions on to USPS. We have no control over USPS deliveries to your location. Therefore any requests for specific delivery instructions must be directed to your local USPS post office.

MBA Cosmetics does not influence the time of day that USPS delivers your mail or the manner in which packages are delivered. You should expect that your local USPS carrier will deliver your package at the time and manner that they normally make deliveries in your area. We suggest that you work with your local post office to make alternative arrangements if you need them.

USPS carriers may not able to comply with special requests like "Leave at backdoor" or "Leave in garage". USPS policy requires drivers to deliver the package in most cases to the front entrance of a building or residence. Safety and time constraints keep them from going into backyards or otherwise out of the way areas at a delivery location.

First Class & Priority Mail
All U.S. shipments are sent with delivery confirmation. You may also select the Priority Mail option. According to the USPS, First Class Mail orders are normally delivered in 3-7 days. Priority Mail orders are normally delivered in 2-3 business days.

Large or heavy orders may require additional shipping charges. If your order requires additonal shipping charges you will be notified by email with a paypal invoice for the additional shipping fees. Orders cannot ship until shipping fees have been paid. If you choose to cancel your order after we have packaged and weighed your order for shipping, we will return your payment minus a 15% restocking fee.

Express Mail
USPS estimates, Express Mail will be delivered in 1-2 business days in the United States. Express Mail is not guaranteed overnight delivery. All Express Mail orders are shipped no later than 10 am, the day after your order is placed. This excludes weekends or holidays.
Please plan your order in advance. All orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours of receipt and shipped when the funds have been cleared. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

Express Mail is offered as an EXPEDITED delivery method, not as an overnight shipping option. Therefore, please keep in mind that if you choose Express Mail, your package may not arrive the day after your order is placed.

Express Mail shipping labels are printed electronically online and require a valid e-mail address as you will receive notification of this via e-mail. Please ensure that your spam blockers are not blocking e-mails from us. You can track Express Mail shipments via the USPS website. You may also use our Contact Us form if you have any additional questions regarding your order.

Additional Information About Express Mail

From the USPS website:

"Express Mail® items need to be mailed by a certain time for us to meet our delivery commitment. This is called the “drop-off” or “cut-off” time. You can still send the mailing after the drop-off time; however, the same service guarantee will not be available. For packages that must ship with next-day service, please contact your shipping facility to verify the cut-off time.'"
"We'll let you know where and when to ship your package and how soon it will be delivered (Next Day, Second Day, or Second Delivery Day, depending on the service commitment that was given at the time of acceptance)."

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
Any order which has not been received 30 days after the shipping date is considered a lost order. We consider an order to have been received by the buyer when the USPS status for the package is "Delivered".

Upon confirmation of non-delivery of a package, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or you will be issued a credit (minus the shipping costs).Shipping costs are non refundable.

We accept no responsibility or liability for shipping delays which are as a result of errors on the part of the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items or Missing Items
Please contact us within 7 Days of receipt of package to report any damage or to report any missing items or incomplete orders.
DAMAGE-Damaged merchandise claims MUST be acompanied by photo evidence of damage. We cannot submit a damage claim without proof/evidence. The usps requires 1 picture of the shipping label (To and From) and photos of damaged merchandise. No claim for damage will be granted a refund without photo evidence of damage. We may at our discrection ask for return of merchandise. In such case, we will pay the return postage expense.

International Orders
We cannot be held responsible for any customs fees that may be assessed to your order. We cannot declare a lower value for customs purposes than the actual value of the merchandise. Cusoms Fees and/or Duties/Taxes may be assessed by the customers country. These are fees that are charged to the customer by their country of residence. MBA Cosmetics has no control over these assessed fees, nor can we collect or pay them in advance for the customer. Customs fees are not included in shipping cost.

International Shipments Sent to USA Addresses
MBA Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for missing packages or damaged merchandise regarding packages that are sent to USA addresses and then repackaged or forwarded to international destinations. MBA Cosmetics' responsibility ends at the address that we shipped the package to.


Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are not subject to return or exchange. The only exception to this policy is if you received an incorrect or defective item. (please see above) We may, in some cases authorize a return on an individual basis, so long as product is unopened and unused.

Clearance items are non refundable. 

We will always replace or refund defective or damaged merchandise.

If a customer simply changes their mind or no longer wants the product after ordering we may, at our discretion allow a return, but a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

Please contact us prior to returning any product for a return authorization.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders may be cancelled PRIOR to us shipping your order. Once your order has shipped, we cannot 'stop' the package in process.

Authorized Returns
Please be sure to properly and carefully package items for return. We cannot accept merchandise for return or refund that has been damaged in return shipping. We must receive the returned items in the condition that you received them. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
